What training do we offer

The training provided by RWS is directed at particular areas where the law imposes specific duties on employers. These are in the areas of bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination and governance.

Types of programs

We offer courses for directors, senior staff and general employees. We can discuss your particular requirements and provide courses at a level that meets those requirements.

How is the training conducted

Training is usually at the workplace itself. This enables easy attendance and less disruption. It may, however, be conducted at an external location at a time convenient to participants.

Courses are generally interactive and require participation from the audience. They may involve an outline of the law, a discussion of examples from the courts, and group discussion of practical exercises.
