RWS is regionally based but provides services nationally. We specialise in providing training, mediation and investigations in the areas of bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination. We also offer mediation and arbitration of commercial disputes.
Bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace is unlawful. Courts are rigorously enforcing the law in this area. There is also close media scrutiny of those organisations which fail to comply with their legal obligations. This can have an adverse effect of the image and brand of the organisation.
In certain circumstances, directors and other company officers can be made personally liable for breaches.
RWS can provide training to management and staff concerning their obligations and can offer prompt and impartial mediation when disputes arise. We also undertake workplace investigations in serious matters.
